About the Role:
National Heating & Air Conditioning in Clearwater, FL is looking for a skilled HVAC technician to join our growing team! This is an exciting opportunity to take on a dynamic role covering service, repair, and installation — keeping homes and businesses comfortable year-round in the Sunshine State.



Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Perform installation of new heating and air conditioning equipment and systems
• Conduct routine maintenance and preventative service on HVAC units
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related issues
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding system issues and recommended solutions
• Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and equipment documentation
• Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HVAC service, repair, and/or installation
• EPA 608 Certification required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Familiarity with a variety of HVAC brands, systems, and equipment
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in Florida's heat and varying weather conditions
