What You’ll Be Doing

• Performing HVAC diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on residential heating and cooling systems.

• Identifying system issues and presenting repair or replacement options to homeowners.

• Educating customers on indoor air quality solutions, system upgrades, and maintenance plans.

• Building trust with customers through honest recommendations and quality workmanship.

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment.

• Communicating clearly with customers about system performance, pricing, and solutions.

This role is ideal for technicians who enjoy solving problems, helping customers, and earning strong commissions through honest service and recommendations.

• EPA Certification required.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• A commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
