JOB SUMMARY
Minuteman Heating and Air is hiring experienced residential HVAC service techs . If you take great pride in great work and educating customers , we offer excellent pay , hourly plus commission, training programs for career growth, flexibility ,and a team oriented, family environment.
JOB DUTIES
- Wears floor savers in clients home and maintains a clean work area while performing a repair or scheduled service .
- ensures the job was indeed completed correctly and eliminates callbacks after the job is finished
- explains services performed to the client before and after to ensure client satisfaction with all work.
- Conveys a safety-conscious attitude ,both on the job and while driving
- Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles
