Compensation

• $25.00 - $40.00 per hour, based on experience
• Performance-based spiffs and bonus opportunities

Schedule

• Full-time, year-round position
• Four-day workweek with three-day weekends
• Rotating on-call schedule

Primary Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documents
• Recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions
• Clearly communicate findings and recommendations with customers
• Complete service documentation accurately and professionally
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high-quality workmanship

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Experience servicing a wide range of heating and cooling equipment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to obtain NATE certification within six months of hire
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
