Compensation
- $25.00 - $40.00 per hour, based on experience
- Performance-based spiffs and bonus opportunities
Schedule
- Full-time, year-round position
- Four-day workweek with three-day weekends
- Rotating on-call schedule

Primary Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documents
- Recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions
- Clearly communicate findings and recommendations with customers
- Complete service documentation accurately and professionally
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Experience servicing a wide range of heating and cooling equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to obtain NATE certification within six months of hire
- Valid driver''s license with a clean, insurable driving record
