We are currently seeking skilled HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing team.

Position Overview
This role focuses on diagnosing, servicing, and maintaining both residential and commercial HVAC systems. Technicians are expected to deliver reliable repairs and preventative maintenance while following company standards and ensuring a positive customer experience. Strong technical ability and professional communication are both essential for success in this role.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Rotational on-call duty and overtime required as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems in residential and commercial environments
- Troubleshoot system issues and determine effective repair solutions
- Complete annual maintenance and service agreements with accuracy and efficiency
- Make informed repair-versus-replace recommendations based on system condition
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical blueprints
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues and recommended solutions
- Deliver professional, customer-focused service on every job site
- Maintain organized work practices and operate independently in the field
- Take responsibility for job completion, service quality, and customer satisfaction
- Safely lift and handle equipment and materials up to 100 lbs
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years HVAC service and maintenance experience required
- Valid driver's license with a clean and insurable driving record
- EPA Universal Certification required
- NATE certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in HVAC systems
- Experience making repair and replacement decisions in the field
- Ability to interpret electrical wiring diagrams and system layouts
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Willingness to take on responsibility and grow into leadership opportunities
- Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs
