HVAC Service Tech $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? West Allis is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Technician team.

***$10,000 Sign-On Bonus***

Sign-On Bonus Details: 25% after 90 days, $1000 a month for each month after until complete.  

Pay: $50,000-$120,000 yr + with uncapped profit-sharing potential 

Schedule: 4-10s Monday-Friday Available

What you will do:

• Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems- air handling units, duct work, vents, condensation drainage
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan
• Engage with customers/clients to inform them of issues, solutions and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance

What YOU will bring:

• 1-year experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check applicable per state law
