Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial HVAC systems and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems including heating, cooling, and ventilation systems

- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment

- Perform regular maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance and efficiency

- Repair or replace faulty components and parts

- Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times

- Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service

- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in HVAC technology

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial HVAC service

- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- EPA certification preferred

- Ability to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed
