What You'll Do

• Assist technicians with diagnosing and servicing HVAC systems
• Help with maintenance, repairs, and basic installations
• Learn tools, equipment, and safety practices
• Communicate with customers in a professional manner
• Build skills to eventually run your own service calls

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with insurable record
• Strong mechanical aptitude (hands-on experience is a plus)
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
• Good communication and customer service mindset
• Comfortable working in different weather conditions
