Job Description
The HVAC Service Technician will perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on residential and commercial HVAC systems as part of a small dedicated team. The role requires hands-on experience, strong communication skills, and a clean driving record. The technician will be on call every other weekend and must work well collaboratively while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on HVAC equipment
- Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial systems
- Test equipment to ensure proper functionality
- Replace parts as needed to maintain system performance
- Interact professionally with customers and address service concerns
- Maintain clear communication within the small team to coordinate tasks
- Be available on call every other weekend
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC service
- Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and refrigeration
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
