HVAC Service Tech - No On Call - $6,000 Sign on Bonus

Job Summary:

The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (residential)

• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections

• Install new HVAC equipment and components when needed

• Maintain accurate records of all work performed

• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients

• Adhere to all company, local, and national safety codes and regulations

• Participate in on-call rotation and emergency service as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal) required

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience preferred

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying environments (attics, crawlspaces, outdoors)
