Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
Perform preventative maintenance on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers and indoor air quality systems
Identify issues and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions
Install replacement parts and complete repairs efficiently and accurately
Strong troubleshooting diagnostic skills
Follow all safety procedures and local codes
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures
Complete service tickets and documentation accurately
Communicate findings and repair options clearly with customers and team members
Maintain tools, and equipment
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and company vehicle
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Qualifications
3-4 years of HVAC service experience required
Previous experience working for an HVAC company preferred
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls
Experience with residential and light commercial systems preferred
Work Schedule
Day shift position (hours may vary based on service needs)
Occasional overtime may be required
