HVAC Service Technician (2nd Shift)

A leading HVAC Service provider is actively seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HVAC Service Technician to join their team on the second shift, operating from Tuesday to Saturday between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM in Lehigh Valley, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their HVAC problems, fostering a relationship of trust and reliability.
- Technical Service: Conduct thorough assessments and repairs of various residential HVAC systems, including but not limited to Heat Pumps, Gas and Oil Furnaces, and Ductless Split Systems.
- Preventive Measures: Proactively address potential issues, providing solutions that prevent costly repairs and extend the lifespan of HVAC systems.
- Team Collaboration and Mentorship: Work autonomously yet collaboratively within a team setting, offering guidance and sharing knowledge with peers.



Key Qualifications:

- Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in residential HVAC service.
- Certifications: CFC Certification (Type I and II or Universal).
- Skills: Proficiency in using technology for service execution, including iPads and professional email communications.
- Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
