HVAC Service Technician [5+ Years Experience Required]

We are currently seeking a Journeyman HVAC Service Technician

Family owned and operated company looking to hire. Experience in HVAC service is required. Experience in other areas such as Gas heat, Oil heat, Plumbing, Electrical, Generators is a big plus and will determine hourly pay rate. Pride in appearance and strong work ethic is encouraged. Applicant must be punctual and willing to work nights and weekends. Union shop looking for career oriented individuals. Experience is a requirement.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Residential service calls and troubleshooting
• Must be self-reliant and able to work with a helper.
• Must have knowledge of codes
• Minimum 5-10 years residential experience on Long Island.
• Familiarity with HVAC equipment and hand tools
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Positive and respectful attitude

Hourly rate up to $42.00 per hour pending experience and qualifications.
