**What You’ll Do:

Maintaining and repairing HVAC systems and equipment.
Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers' needs.
**What you need to succeed:
**
5+ year experience as an HVAC technician.
Valid driver’s license, with good driving record.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
**Physical Requirements:
**
Physically able to work on HVAC units.
Ability to work in settings with extreme cold or extreme heat, depending on time of year.
Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
