- $30.00 – $42.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview
We are hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems across Blair, Cambria, and Centre County.
This role is best suited for a technician with strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic experience who can independently complete service calls and communicate clearly with customers.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, boilers)
- Perform preventative maintenance and service calls
- Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, and airflow issues
- Explain repair options and system performance to homeowners
- Complete service documentation using ServiceTitan
- Communicate with dispatch to manage daily schedule
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- 40+ hours per week
- On-call rotation every 4–5 weeks
Requirements
- 3+ years of HVAC service technician experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in field conditions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
- HVAC trade school or technical training
- NATE Certification
- Experience using ServiceTitan or similar HVAC software
