Your New Role

Based in Auburn, WA, you will:

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems

• Perform accurate troubleshooting using wiring diagrams and diagnostic tools

• Provide reliable, professional service to homeowners

• Support and mentor less experienced technicians as needed

• Maintain safety standards and follow company procedures on every job

• Minimum of 4 years of HVAC field experience

• Active Washington 068 license

• EPA certification

• Seattle refrigeration license preferred

• Valid driver's license

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Strong understanding of HVAC diagnostics and electrical systems

• Effective communication and customer service skills

• Ability to perform physical work required in the field

• Dependable, professional, and willing to learn

• Must be able to meet company hiring requirements, consistent with applicable laws
