HVAC Service Technician

Our client is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join their growing team in the Berlin, NJ area. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a well-established company that values quality workmanship, customer service, and employee development.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative service
- Troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding service recommendations
- Complete service documentation accurately and timely
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
- HVAC service experience required
- EPA Certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
