HVAC Service Technician

Pay: $22-$28/hour (based on experience and performance) + overtime + performance-based increases

Location: Caldwell, ID | Full-time

What You’ll Do

You will install, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems while delivering a professional customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues accurately
• Perform service calls with professionalism and attention to detail
• Communicate clearly with customers in their homes
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Work with the team to meet timelines and quality standards
• Continue developing your skills through hands-on training
