  What You’ll Work On<\/b>

  • Service & repair:
    <\/p>

    • Boilers, oil/gas furnaces, heat pumps, mini -splits, RTUs (up to 25 tons)
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

    • Troubleshoot electrical & control systems
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Handle preventative maintenance and refrigerant recharge
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Document work accurately and keep customers happy
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      You’re a Fit If You Have<\/b>
      <\/h3>

      • 5+ years of hands -on HVAC experience
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Experience with older systems (boilers, oil, steam, etc.)
        <\/p><\/li>

      • EPA Certification
        <\/p><\/li>

      • You’re a tech, not a salesperson — diagnostics first, not upsells
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        3 years of HVAC field experience

        Strong troubleshooting skills with older systems (boilers, oil, steam, etc.)
        <\/div>

        EPA Certification
        <\/div>

        Not sales -focused — must prioritize diagnostics and repair over upselling
