What the job looks like
- Residential HVAC service, repair, and maintenance
- Steady call volume and a team that knows how to keep the board full
- Present repair and replacement options to customers and close work
- Work alongside a tight-knit team that holds a high standard without the politics
What we're looking for
- Proven HVAC service experience
- Strong with customers — you can explain options clearly and close work confidently
- Someone who wants to stay, grow, and be part of something long-term
- EPA 608 certified (preferred)
What you'll earn
- $60,000 – $100,000+ depending on experience and performance
