As a third-generation, family-owned mechanical contractor with more than 100 employees, we provide HVAC and mechanical services to commercial and industrial facilities throughout the region.This is a union position offering steady full-time work, union benefits, overtime opportunities, and access to ongoing trade training.What You'll DoYou'll be responsible for keeping commercial HVAC systems operating reliably through service, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance work.Diagnose and repair commercial heating, cooling, ventilation, and related mechanical systemsPerform scheduled preventative maintenance and inspectionsTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls-related issuesIdentify system problems and recommend appropriate repairs or improvementsComplete service calls in a safe, professional mannerMaintain accurate service reports, job documentation, and equipment recordsCommunicate clearly with customers, facility personnel, and internal teamsFollow applicable company, safety, and union standardsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious commercial or industrial HVAC service experienceStrong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsWorking knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and building automation systemsEPA Universal CertificationOSHA 10 CertificationValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordAbility to work independently in a variety of commercial and industrial environmentsComfortable working from ladders and at heightsProfessional communication and customer service skillsWillingness to continue developing your skills through union training programsPreferred: HVAC trade school or technical training, along with Journeyman status or the ability to obtain Journeyman status.Pay, Schedule & BenefitsUnion-scale payBenefits through the union agreementMonday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PMOvertime opportunitiesParticipation in an on-call rotationOngoing training and development through union programsConsistent, full-time work with a well-established contractorBuild a Long-Term CareerCampbell Mechanical Services has built its reputation on quality work, dependable service, and long-term relationships with customers and employees.
