Position Overview

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems while delivering excellent customer service in the field. This role is ideal for experienced technicians who are comfortable troubleshooting independently and communicating solutions directly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems

• Perform routine maintenance and service calls

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical HVAC issues

• Communicate repair recommendations and system concerns to customers

• Maintain accurate service records and paperwork

• Work closely with dispatch and management teams

• Maintain professional appearance and customer service standards

• Follow company safety and operational procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience preferred

• Experience servicing a variety of HVAC systems

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to pass background screening

• EPA Universal Certification preferred

• Ability to work independently in the field

• Must own and properly operate HVAC tools and equipment

• Ability to lift equipment and work in various weather conditions

• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitude

• Availability for overtime, weekends, and evenings as needed

Pay Range:
$22.00 – $30.00 per hour based on experience, plus commission and bonus opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 10-hour shifts

• Overtime available

• Weekend availability as needed
