HVAC Service Technician – Now Hiring
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our residential service team. The ideal candidate is skilled in troubleshooting, servicing, and maintaining residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Experience with oil and propane is a strong plus.

Shift
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Service and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
Work with oil, propane, natural gas, and electric HVAC systems
Service heat pumps, ductless systems, boilers, propane systems, and electric heating/cooling units
Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of HVAC equipment
Provide excellent customer service and educate homeowners on systems and recommendations
Use technical support resources as needed for diagnostics
Complete daily documentation using a tablet
Qualifications
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
4+ years of HVAC experience
EPA Universal Certification
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to consult customers on repair vs. replacement options
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
Understanding of air balancing principles
Oil/propane service experience is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
High school diploma or equivalent
HVAC technical school certificate preferred
MA or NH Gas License preferred (training available)
MA or NH Oil License preferred (training available)
