What YOU Will Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
- Perform service calls while delivering exceptional customer service and communication
- Identify system issues and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions
- Clearly explain findings, options, and recommendations to homeowners
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and customer interactions
- Attend ongoing technical, manufacturer, and safety training programs
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Safely handle equipment, tools, and materials while performing the physical requirements of the role
What YOU Will Bring
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- HVAC certification, trade school training, or equivalent field experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–5 years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification
- Experience with residential heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits
- Sales aptitude and the ability to identify additional customer needs
