Bob Woodall Air Care Systems is growing and seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Dothan, AL. Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
- Test system performance using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Communicate repair recommendations and solutions to customers
- Maintain daily service schedules and appointments
- Ensure HVAC systems operate safely and efficiently
- Recommend maintenance agreements and additional services when appropriate
- Deliver professional customer service on every service call
Qualifications
- 1+ year of HVAC technician experience preferred
- EPA Certification required
- HVAC certification or trade school training preferred
- Experience with HVAC troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
