What You'll Do
- Assist with residential HVAC service, maintenance, and installation work
- Perform preventative maintenance on heating and cooling systems
- Troubleshoot basic HVAC issues alongside senior technicians
- Safely operate power tools, hand tools, ladders, and equipment
- Deliver professional, friendly customer service in customers' homes
- Participate in training programs and continue developing technical skills
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 6 months of HVAC experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable working from extension and step ladders
- Willingness to invest in tools and continued HVAC education
- Commitment to developing strong customer service skills
- Ability to obtain EPA certification within 3 months
