    The Opportunity

    This is a non-selling, purely technical role focused on diagnosing, troubleshooting, and supporting residential heat pump systems.

    No sales quotas. No upselling. Just technical excellence, problem-solving, and helping customers feel confident in their home energy systems.


    What Youll Do

    • Diagnose and troubleshoot heat pump and HVAC system performance issues

    • Conduct on-site walkthroughs of complex installations

    • Provide technical assessments and recommendations to installation teams and engineering staff

    • Verify system functionality, airflow, and refrigerant performance, documenting findings accurately

    • Support technician training by identifying installation challenges and sharing best practices

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project completion

    • Maintain accurate service documentation and uphold safety standards

    • Work occasional overtime during peak seasons as needed


    What You Bring

    • 3+ years of HVAC or heat pump service technician experience

    • Strong knowledge of heat pump systems, controls, commissioning, and troubleshooting

    • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills

    • EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required

    • Strong communication and documentation abilities

    • Valid drivers license and ability to travel to job sites

    • Commitment to professionalism, safety, and customer satisfaction


    Compensation & Benefits

    Pay

    • $32$36 per hour
