Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Provide outstanding customer service at every home visit
• Educate customers on system conditions, maintenance, and repair options
• Document all work performed using company technology
• Work closely with team members and leadership to ensure high‑quality service

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC experience (preferred)
• EPA certification (required)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Professional communication and a customer‑first approach
• Valid driver’s license & 21+ yrs old per company policy 
• Positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work well with a team
