What You’ll Be Doing

 Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation)
 Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups
 Communicate clearly with customers and explain technical information in a friendly way
 Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle
 Coordinate with dispatch and customer service for efficient scheduling
‍ Train and mentor apprentices or junior techs
 Complete accurate work orders, invoices, and service documentation

What We’re Looking For

✔ 1+ year of residential HVAC service experience
✔ Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and diagnostics
✔ EPA Certification (required) – NATE Certification a plus
✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills
✔ Professionalism – neat appearance, punctual, and respectful
✔ Self-motivated, team-oriented, and dependable
✔ Positive, can-do attitude
