• $29.00 - $40.00 per hour, based on your experience

Schedule Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM start with a 1-hour lunch (Overtime as needed)

What You'll Do

• Perform maintenance and service on a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Deliver high-quality work and outstanding customer experiences on every call
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment while working to company standards
• Work independently while being part of a supportive, team-oriented environment

What You Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Basic customer service skills
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Nice-to-Haves

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience
• Universal EPA Certification
• Certificate from an HVAC Technical School
• NATE Certification
• Own set of tools
• Basic understanding of wiring diagrams, sheet metal, and refrigeration
