Job Details

As a Mechanical Service Technician on our team, you will perform service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC/mechanical systems across a range of commercial and residential service calls.

MUST HAVE:

• 3+ years of MEP & HVAC experience
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, including maintenance of air handling units, ductwork, and electrical components
• Clean Driving Record

NICE TO HAVE:

• CFC certification
• Apprentice or Trade license
• Experience in commercial or multifamily environments
