    Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do):

    • Perform local maintenance and repair on HVAC systems in commercial and residential settings
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with HVAC equipment
    • Provide recommendations for system improvements and upgrades
    • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
    • Maintain accurate records of all service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities
    • Educate customers on system maintenance and energy efficiency practices
    • Participate in emergency service rotation and respond to after-hours emergency calls as needed

    Requirements (What You Bring):

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with both commercial and residential HVAC systems
    • Current CFC Certification
    • Demonstrated ability to handle physical workload
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines
    • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
    • Commitment to a drug-free workplace
