We provide service, maintenance and installation to residential homeowners and commercial businesses.What We Provide: Take home company vehicles + gas card - based on locationProfessional developmentTrane dealer trainingReimbursement for NATE certificationGym membershipEmployee appreciation eventsHVAC Service Technician: This position will be providing service, maintenance and repairs of residential and light commercial HVAC equipmentPay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experienceWork Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 4:30pmBenefits: Medical and dental insuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA) with company contributionSimple IRA6 Paid holidaysPTOLife insuranceCompany supplied uniformsGym membershipMaternity/paternity leaveWhat You Will Be Doing: Service and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, generators, and radiant and in-floor heating.Annual Maintenance, cleaning and diagnosticsCommunicating with customers on system enhancement products and replacement optionsProviding excellent customer serviceWhat We Are Looking For: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing residential HVAC systemsPossess a valid EPA Universal CertificationPrevious HVAC installation experience is beneficial but not requiredStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customersComfortable evaluating system conditions and helping customers understand repair options, equipment upgrades, and replacement recommendationsValid driver's license and insurable driving record
