About the Role

As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Every service call is an opportunity to solve problems, educate homeowners, and build lasting customer relationships through honesty and professionalism.

What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine service calls
• Diagnose HVAC issues accurately and recommend the right solutions
• Explain repair options clearly and professionally to homeowners
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every visit
• Complete accurate service documentation
• Follow company safety standards and best practices
• Continue developing your technical skills through ongoing coaching and training

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an HVAC Service Technician who has:

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred, or 2–5 years of experience with a strong desire to grow.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience servicing residential heating and cooling systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
• A coachable mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
