About the RoleMichael Bonsby HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical is looking for a Licensed HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems for homeowners across Gaithersburg, MD and Woodbridge, VA. If you want steady, year-round work and a company that invests in its techs, this is a great next step.What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and air handlers
• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings and recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

• HVAC license/certification as required in MD and/or VA
• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and customer service skills
• This position requires regular operation of a company vehicle. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and meet all company motor vehicle insurance requirements to be authorized to operate a company vehicle.
