Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
Perform maintenance and repairs on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and indoor air quality equipment.
Inspect and test equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Navigate attics and crawlspaces as needed.
Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options.
Present financing and maintenance agreement opportunities.
Deliver exceptional customer service on every call.
Work closely with dispatch and customer service teams.
Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and work area.
Complete service documentation accurately and on time.
Qualifications:
Three (3)+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
EPA Certification required.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of refrigeration, airflow, electrical systems, and HVAC best practices.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Professional appearance with a strong work ethic.
