HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and indoor air quality equipment.
• Inspect and test equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Navigate attics and crawlspaces as needed.
• Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options.
• Present financing and maintenance agreement opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every call.
• Work closely with dispatch and customer service teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and work area.
• Complete service documentation accurately and on time.

Qualifications:

• Three (3)+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification required. 
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of refrigeration, airflow, electrical systems, and HVAC best practices.
• Experience providing customer-facing residential service.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance with a strong work ethic.
• Commitment to continuous learning and career growth.
