Universal Heating & Cooling, Inc. is a growing HVAC company serving residential and commercial customers throughout Sumner, Davidson, Williamson, Wilson, Robertson County for over 50 years. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service, quality workmanship, and a positive work environment for our team.
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain HVAC systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and experienced in troubleshooting residential and/or commercial HVAC equipment.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues.
Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections.
Communicate repair recommendations and solutions to customers.
Complete Service reports and work orders through ServiceTitan or other CRM program accurately.
Maintain company vehicle, tools and equipment.
Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of HVAC Service experience.
Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
