Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (occasional weekends, overtime, and evenings may be required) On-call rotation required.

Compensation: $20 - $40 per hour, depending on your experience and skillset.

What You'll Do:

Perform professional diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on residential and light commercial HVAC systems while providing an outstanding customer experience every time.

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• NATE Certification (or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire)
• Your own set of hand tools for HVAC service work
• Strong technical troubleshooting and repair skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Completion of a formal HVAC training program
• Universal EPA Certification
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
