OverviewMavin HVAC Service Technicians serve our commercial and light industrial clients as part of the Facility Services team under the leadership of the Maintenance Field Manager. They primarily inspect, maintain, diagnose, service, repair and replace existing HVAC equipment and related controls. They perform scheduled preventative maintenance, respond to service requests and complete authorized repairs or replacements with clear documentation and communication. During slower HVAC periods, these technicians also assist with general facility maintenance such as electrical and lighting repairs, furniture assembly, door hardware, minor plumbing and other building repairs.
