What You'll Do:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Educate customers on issues, repair options, and solutions in a way they understand
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every call
- Follow all HVAC codes, safety standards, and company processes
- Keep your truck, tools, and materials organized and professional
- Work closely with dispatch and leadership to ensure efficient service
- Continue developing your technical and customer communication skills through ongoing training
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of residential HVAC experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Someone who takes pride in doing the job the right way — not the fastest way
- Team player with a positive attitude and growth mindset
