What You'll Do:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Educate customers on issues, repair options, and solutions in a way they understand
• Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every call
• Follow all HVAC codes, safety standards, and company processes
• Keep your truck, tools, and materials organized and professional
• Work closely with dispatch and leadership to ensure efficient service
• Continue developing your technical and customer communication skills through ongoing training

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Someone who takes pride in doing the job the right way — not the fastest way
• Team player with a positive attitude and growth mindset
