We’re Hiring: Experienced HVAC Service Technician
RESIDENTIAL AND LIGHT COMMERCIAL

Schedule 8:00 AM - 5PM, Monday - Friday (OCCASIONAL weekends, overtime, and evenings may be required) On-call rotation required once a month.-
Compensation from $28 - $40 per hour depending on experience and skill set.

Join our team as a skilled HVAC Technicians! We’re looking for a dedicated professional with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in "Diagnostic, repair, maintenance and installation of heating and air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities:
RESIDENTIAL AND LIGHT COMMERCIAL:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs.
- Install new heating and cooling systems.
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
- Good verbal and communication skills.
- Good customer service.
- Willing to work overtime and some weekends as needed.
Requirements:
- VALID DRIVER LICENSE AND CLEAN RECORD.
- At least 3 years of HVAC experience.
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. solo or with a team
- Must be able carry and set up ladders and climb on roofs to work on light commercial hvac rooftop units
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- EPA certification (universal) is a must.
