Schedule 8:00 AM - 5PM, Monday - Friday (OCCASIONAL weekends, overtime, and evenings may be required) On-call rotation required once a month.-
Compensation from $28 - $40 per hour depending on experience and skill set.
Join our team as a skilled HVAC Technicians! We’re looking for a dedicated professional with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in "Diagnostic, repair, maintenance and installation of heating and air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities: RESIDENTIAL AND LIGHT COMMERCIAL:
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs.
Install new heating and cooling systems.
Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
Good verbal and communication skills.
Good customer service.
Willing to work overtime and some weekends as needed.
Requirements:
VALID DRIVER LICENSE AND CLEAN RECORD.
At least 3 years of HVAC experience.
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. solo or with a team
Must be able carry and set up ladders and climb on roofs to work on light commercial hvac rooftop units
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
EPA certification (universal) is a must.
