Our company works on new construction for private and public sector clients, as well as serving our ongoing customers with preventive maintenance and emergency response. Some after-hours, weekend or holiday work may be required on short notice.
Job duties:
· Install, maintain and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
· Adjust and repair systems in accordance with manufacturer's specifications
· Perform warranty service and submit proper documentation for credit
· Participate in regular training
· Maintain safe and clean working environment
· Earn and maintain all required licenses and certifications
· Represent Lakeside Heating & Air with integrity and honesty
Skills/Qualifications:
· Valid Washington driver's license and good driving record
· 06A trainee license, EPA 608 Universal
· NATE certified
· Working knowledge of heat pumps, air handlers, heat packs and the manufacturer's safety mechanism for the equipment
· Able to use word processing software
· Able to communicate clearly in spoken and written English
