Commercial HVAC Service Technician (Journeyman / Master)

Pay: $32.00 – $45.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians (Journeyman or Master level) to join a growing service team. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of commercial HVAC systems across multiple job sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled service work
- Service equipment including:
- Rooftop Units (RTUs)
- Boilers and split systems
- VRF systems
- Chilled water and hot water systems (central plant)
- Communicate directly with clients to identify issues and recommend solutions
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately
- Maintain a high level of professionalism on job sites
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of RTUs, VRF systems, and central plant systems
- EPA Certification (Universal preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
