Overview

We are seeking an Experienced HVAC/R Technician to service, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. This role is ideal for a self‑motivated technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC/R equipment
  • Service RTUs, split systems, refrigeration units, and basic controls
  • Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
  • Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
  • Document work accurately using mobile systems
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members

 

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of HVAC/R field experience, preferably w/ larger tonnage systems
  • EPA 608 Universal certification (required)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills w/in commercial / industrial applications
  • Experience with commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
  • Ability to work independently and participate in on-call rotation

Preferred

  • NATE or other industry certifications
  • Experience with boilers, chillers, VRF, or BAS controls
  • Leadership or mentoring experience
