Your Responsibilities as an HVAC Service Technician
- Deliver world class installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems
- Build lasting customer relationships through excellent communication and service
- Identify and recommend system upgrades, indoor air quality solutions, and accessories to customers
- Assist in implementing operational processes and best practices
- Lead by example and help train future team members
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
- 3+ years residential HVAC experience (service & install)
- HVAC accreditation & EPA Certification
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 60+ lbs. and work in varying conditions
- Professional appearance and strong communication and customer-facing skills
- A positive attitude, customer-first mindset, and a strong sense of pride in high-quality work.
Nice-to-Haves:

- Proven track record in accessory, indoor air quality, and system replacement sales

Benefits & Pay
The pay range for this position is $24.00 to $38.00, depending on your experience and knowledge. In addition, candidates are eligible for over $20K–$30K annual bonus potential for meeting performance goals (e.g., service quality, sales, customer satisfaction)
