HVAC Service Technician

Not only will you earn $25.00 - $40.00/hour (based on qualifications), but we're also offering a $3,000 signing bonus (paid over your first 6 months)! Your experience will pay off well here!

HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS:

• EPA certification
• 5+ years of HVAC technician experience
• Experience using hand tools and climbing/working on ladders
• Ability to independently complete residential service calls, including diagnostics/troubleshooting, repairs/maintenance, and customer service
• Ability to bring your own tools
• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and underneath homes
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including carrying and lifting objects weighing up to 300 pounds
• Flexibility to work in all kinds of environmental conditions with varying temperatures, humidity levels, exposure to insects/animals, etc.
• Availability to work occasional on-call shifts
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Strong work ethic, professional communication skills, and a commitment to safety

WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE:

You'll be traveling throughout our service area to diagnose and fix problems with customers' home heating and air conditioning systems. Our HVAC Service Technicians work independently, so you'll need to be able to troubleshoot the source of issues, figure out the appropriate actions, and accurately complete the required repairs, replacements, and maintenance on your own. You'll also need a professional and helpful attitude for engaging with customers and clearly explaining problems/service options.
