HVAC Service Technician - The HVAC Service Technician plays a critical role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems while delivering a superior customer experience. Results-driven and focused on first-time fixes, maximizing efficiency, and presenting solutions that promote system performance, energy efficiency, and customer peace of mind all while working in a close knit supportive team environment.

Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
Perform preventative maintenance, tune-ups, and safety inspections.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigerant, and airflow issues.
Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to customers.
Promote maintenance plans, indoor air quality products, and system upgrades when appropriate.
Complete service documentation and collect customer payments.
Qualifications
2+ years of residential/light commercial HVAC service experience.
EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal).
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to read wiring diagrams and use digital diagnostic tools.
NATE certification, trade school, HCP or ServiceTitan experience.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Lift and love up to 75 lbs regularly
Work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops and other tight / hot spaces.
Stand, kneel, climb and crouch for extended periods.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments.
Drive company vehicle and maintain clean driving record.
