Our client, a well-established residential and light-commercial HVAC company in Las Vegas, is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and light-commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
- Communicate clearly with homeowners on findings and recommendations
- Maintain accurate service records and parts inventory in the work van
- Adhere to all safety and EPA regulations
Requirements
- 3+ years of residential or light-commercial HVAC service experience
- EPA 608 certification (Universal preferred)
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Comfort working in attics, crawl spaces, and on rooftops in summer heat
- Strong customer-service mindset
